Apotheon Esports is a former team created by Apotheon Group, a privately held Venture Capital Organization.
History[]
Apotheon Esports is a eSports organization started by The Apotheon Group, a privately held Venture Capital Organization located in North America. The group would start an eSports division at the end of 2015. Their first eSports team would be Call of Duty in-time for the 2016 CWL NA Pro Division Qualifying Invitational Tournament in Burbank, California. This would be the teams first event of the new team, consisting of FEARS, Legal, PHiZZURP, and Lacefield. They would be placed in Group A along side OpTic Gaming, Team Orbit, and Enigma6 Gold. They would win against Enigma6 Gold in the first round, but would fall to OpTic Gaming in the first league qualifying match. they would bounce back after the lose and beat Team Orbit 3-1 to secure a spot in the 2016 COD World League NA Pro Division Stage 1. One month later the roster would be bought out by H2k-Gaming.
