Biography[edit]
Black Ops 4[edit]
Asim competed in online tournaments before the 2019 season but really made a name for himself at the beginning of the Black Ops 4 season. He joined GRVTY, Mosh, Phantomz, and Tisch playing under the name Sweet Chicken. The team quickly rose to the top of the amateur ranks and won the final 2K before Las Vegas. Their great results led to them getting signed by FaZe Clan' academy team, FC Black. They got out of the Open Bracket at Vegas but then lost to Mindfreak 3-1 in the first round of the Championship Bracket. This Top 24 placement was enough to qualify for the important CWL Pro League Qualifier. They went 3-3 in their group at the Qualifier and barely managed to make it into the final qualifying bracket. In the first round, they would have to face Mindfreak again and they would lose again. Dropped into the losers bracket, the team lost to Overtime eSport who also knocked out Faze Clan in the next round. Following the failure to qualify, Mosh and Tisch left the team and they were replaced by Cellium, from the main FaZe Clan roster, and Simp, on loan from eUnited. The team dominated the CWL Fort Worth Open 2019 by only dropping 4 maps and topped it off by beating Mindfreak in the Winners Final and Grand Final. Simp returned to eUnited after the event and ZooMaa joined as a substitute for the WorldGaming Network Championship Series 2019 Grand Finals. They made it to the final but lost in map 5 to the all-star Pro League pickup team of Yerr. Following FaZe Clan's purchase of Red Reserve's Pro League spot, Cellium, Asim, and ZooMaa all joined the main FaZe Clan roster.
Trivia[edit]
- Asim's family is from Afghanistan so he wears the Afghan flag on his jerseys.
