Gabriel "Batuta" Saar is a Call of Duty esports player, previously a player for Night Killers eSports.


Gabriel "Batuta" Saar is a player from Niterói, Brazil. His first Call of Duty game played was Modern Warfare 2, but his competitive career started only during the Modern Warfare 3 era.

Modern Warfare 3[edit]

His first moments in the competitive scene were with a team called Force of War, where him along some friends participated in only one online tournament hosted by an organization called CyberGamers, the squad got 5th place shocking the community, but soon after that the team dismantled and Batuta decided to move on from the Fow organization, next he played a couple days for the SAKA Team e.Sports, but unhappy he decided to leave joined Facção Brasileira, with his new team he played a couple of tournaments during the Modern Warfare 3 online Season with no expressive results.

Black Ops 2[edit]

At the beginning of the Black ops 2 season Batuta left the Team FB and decided to join the Team Unstoppable Killers, but soon after some misunderstandings with his team during the Carnaval Break he decided to join a well known call of duty team on the scene named Serial Killers eSports, with his new team he only manage to get a 12-16th place on the inaugural tournament of the season, during that time the biggest tournaments of the game were organized by a company called BGLpro and along with these changes the community that was very present in the PlayStation 3 saw their teams moving to the Xbox 360, a fact that led Batuta to leave the SK organization for not having the console, shortly after Batuta got an Xbox 360 and was soon invited to join the Death Squad Team, but once more Batuta was unable to compete, this time a problem with his appendix and a surgical procedure prevented him from competing in the qualifying LAN for ESWC 2013 in Paris.


Still on dS, Batuta played the first event of the year, an LAN event organized by a new organization called BSOG in January 2014, where the team finished second, after problems on the team and the end of the dS organization, he had short period playing for the Team uK and WsS eSports, after being released from WsS Batuta joined the DOGS TEAM organization, where he participated in the BSOG 15K Tournament getting seventh place. After the 15k tournament, Batuta joined Alliance E-sports Team, but soon returned to DOGS TEAM.

Advanced Warfare[edit]

In Advanced Warfare Batuta participated in the qualifying tournament for the 2015 Call of Duty Championships, the team got 4th place in the regional qualifier failing to qualify for the Champs.
