Biography[]
Advanced Warfare[]
Nick Suda, better known as Happy, started to make a name for himself in late 2014 going into Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, when he played for eXcellence Gaming. After a month with eX, he joined Aware.NA with two of his former eX teammates, Accuracy and Lawless. Happy and his team faired well playing in online tournaments, including the 2K & 5K Series. Their highest placing in a major online tournament was the 10K Series on November 23, 2014, with a 2nd place finish; however, there was skepticism whether their success online would translate to success on LAN. Going into his first LAN event with the Aware.NA squad, Happy performed well and was among the top 4 players in K/D with a 1.14 ratio (14 maps), and beating notable teams like Rise Nation and Strictly Business along the way. In the end, they finished in 9th place at MLG Columbus 2014, a high enough placing to secure 1 of the 4 open spots for the MLG Pro League CoD AW Season 1. In Happy's next LAN tournament with Aware.NA at UMG Orlando 2015, he once again displayed slaying dependability similar to his previous LAN performance, finishing with a top 6 K/D ratio of 1.17 (15 maps). Aware.NA ended up placing 13th-16th. Happy's role as the primary slayer was changed after Huke and TJHaly replaced Lawless and Sender on the Aware.NA roster at the end of week 6 of the MLG Pro League Season 1. Happy and his new teammates on Aware.NA climbed up 4 spots in 3 weeks to finish the regular season in 5th place, which guaranteed a MLG Pro League Season 2 league spot, and an automatic qualification to the MLG Pro League Season 1 Playoffs LAN tournament. Happy ended the regular season among the top 6 is K/D with a 1.12 ratio (168 maps). In the Season 1 Playoffs, Happy and his team finished in 5th—his highest LAN placing to date, despite lowering his K/D ratio to 0.86 (13 maps) from 1.14 and 1.17, respectively, in his previous two LAN events, primarily due to his new role with two new teammates. Heading into Season 2 of the MLG Pro League, Aware announced the sale of their League spot to TCM Gaming on March 10, 2015. Without a team, Happy later found himself playing for Team Cave Gaming, with a roster of JamesH3, Pemby and Nverted. At the start of week 3 of the MLG Pro League Season 2, Happy replaced Blfire on the starting roster for Automatic Reload on April 1, 2015; however, he soon would be replaced 3.5 weeks later by Mochila on April 27, 2015.
