Team Dignitas is an International eSports organization headquartered in the United Kingdom that used to have a Call of Duty team. It was founded on September 9, 2003 as a fusion of the Battlefield 1942 clans Legion Condor and Sweden Kompanix. Later on, more teams were added to the organization, and in July 2004 Team Dignitas was registered as a company - Team Dignitas Ltd.

• February 21, Riddlez leaves.
• Winter, Roster disbands. Wonder, MarkyB and Ryder leave.

• July 23, Organization signs the roster of Vizion. Tommey, Wonder, Riddlez and Ryder join.
• August 5, 5th Place at EGL 7 Blackpool 2012.
• August 26, 5th-6th Place at Insomnia 46.
• September 9, Tommey leaves. MadCat joins.
