- Top 6 teams from Stage 2
- Top 2 teams from Stage 2 Relegation
- At least two players from Germany or the Netherlands
- Other two players must be from Europe region
- Round Robin
- Top 4 teams advance to playoffs and advance to Stage 4
- 5th-6th place teams advance to Stage 4
- 7th-8th place teams go to Relegation
- Winning team receives travel and accommodation to 2018 CWL Anaheim Open
