Biography[]

Background[]

SinfuL has been playing video games since he was two years old and he started off with the Nintendo 64. Sin got into competitive Call of Duty in the end of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Competitive Call of Duty was nothing serious to Sin at first, but once he started grinding after New Year's of 2013, it was all hands on deck.

Going Pro[]

Sin's first teams were Brain Dead, Authority and Active Threat but none of them placed well at events. Sooner or later Sin gets picked up by Fuse alongside Historify, Phaze and Thing 2. Going into their first event together, UMG Dallas, they didn't place so good with a modest 7th place just outside the money. But their second event was a whole different story. Going into MLG Columbus, Fuse caused some big upsets for teams like SoaR Gaming and UNiTE Gaming but fell short in round of the Championship Winners bracket against Team Kaliber and lost to them 3-1. But it wasn't all that bad winning themselves $2,000 between them. Not too long after this, he gets dropped but joins a team just in time for UMG Philadelphia, JuKeD. Unluckily JuKeD places 6th place, one spot from the money, luckily JuKeD was only a pick up squad just for UMG Philly and disbanded soon after.

Call of Duty Championships[]

With Call of Duty Championships on the horizon, SinfuL tried out for a few teams before finding his home at Tva which consisted of Muddawg, Doubt, Crowster, and himself. The team would later be rebranded as Xfinity. When it came time for the first US Online Qualifiers on February 1st, Sin and his team were defeated by Team EnVyUs just by one series which meant EnVyUs won that qualifier pool, this mean't that Xfinity would have to re-qualify in the second US Online Qualifiers a week later and would end up winning it earning themselves a spot at the US Regionals with a shot at the Call of Duty Championship and $1,000,000. Regionals came along and Sin had a hard first match against the team that kicked him and his team out of the first US Online Qualifiers, EnVyUs. EnVyUs 3-0 them forcing them to go into the Loser's Bracket where they would face Elevate then after a close 3-2 against them, face off against JusTus and beat them 3-1.

Bad Luck[]

Sin got picked up by Curse NY but for a very short amount of time, then got dropped to yet again become a Free Agent and changed his alias to "SinfuL". With the release of the JusTus squad, they were in need for a new team, and fast, they needed a good team in time for UGC Niagara, so they picked up SinfuL as captain, TwiZz, Doubt and Blfire. At UGC Niagara they got knocked into the Loser's Bracket with in the first Winner's Bracket round by FaZe Red with a series of 3-1. Then got knocked out of the tournament by Curse Black. After UGC Niagara, SinfuL and stayed together, and managed to qualify for Season 2 but did not do anything near good in the league, the team had 70-102 Map W/L Ratio, which dropped them down to 10th place in the league. But the bad luck didn't end their, after managing to qualify for Season 3 through placing 4th in the MLG Anaheim: Open Bracket, they ended up place last in the league with a 56-116 Map W/L Ratio, which also mean't they did not qualify for Season 3 Playoffs or AW Season 1. Because of this, JusTus was starting to get a bad reputation which would lead to them dropping their roster once again. With the new release of Advanced Warfare, another Roster Mania was guaranteed to happen. In result, SinfuL who would once again rename himself to "SynfuLa" would end up on Strictly Business for MLG Columbus alongside former teammate TwiZz, John and their captain PHiZZURP. In the end, Strictly Business ended up failing to qualify due to Team Kaliber beating 3-1 in round 4 of the Loser's Bracket. Failing to qualify mean't, another roster change which as a result, SynfuLa and TwiZz get dropped

Syn 2.0[]

After being dropped from Strictly Business for just over 2 weeks, Sin becomes one of two Substitutes for OpTic Nation in the league and also finds another team to captain, iSo.Pro. This roster consists of himself, TwiZz once again, Rizma and Huhdle. After only playing two online tournaments over the course of 2 days with them, he leaves due to MBoZe being dropped from OpTic Nation and them needing a fourth, and as their Substitute, he didn't really have much of a choice. After only scrimming for a day with OpTic Nation, he could be the Slayer that he was capable of being but was never given the opportunity to, and then he had. This lead to OpTic Nation winning their first game in the league and played a very close series against FaZe but unluckily fell short in Game 5, Round 11 of Detroit S&D.
